Known Information

The only shopkeeper in the village of Barovia. Sells adventuring gear at approximately ten times standard market rate, which he can justify because he is the only game in town. Buys things back for roughly one tenth their value. Does not negotiate. Has no weapons for sale.

His son, Periwimple, works in the back room and is not the sharpest crossbow bolt in the quiver.

The party purchased a Barovia map (50 silver, Vistani camp marked) and two 10-foot poles (2 silver total). Merich spit on Bill's shoe, then on Periwimple's shoe. Nobody was arrested.

Also has a cart his son apparently uses occasionally, which can be rented.
